Client Services Manager

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving profitable projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Communication: Manage all client interactions, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with client expectations.
  2. Deliverable Review: Review major project deliverables to guarantee quality standards are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  3. Issue Resolution: Identify and address client issues efficiently, informing management of potential problems and suggesting solutions.
  4. Financial Management: Approve invoices and oversee payment collections.
  5. Project Oversight: Collaborate with the project team to maintain a continuous understanding of project status, identifying potential issues and opportunities.
  6. Process Compliance: Ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects are profitable.
  7. Client Representation: Communicate client goals and represent their interests to the team.
  8. Communication: Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, setting proper client expectations.
  9. Capability Understanding: Understand company capabilities and services, effectively communicating offerings to clients.
  10. Reporting: Report to management, providing regular input on account activity, including status and call reports.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Support, or Client Services.
  3. Proficient English communication skills.
  4. Professional-level Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Prior experience in Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Advertising, and SEO is preferred but not required.
