Client Service Manager For Outdoor Advertising

Client Service Manager will supervise different sites located within Karachi and will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the staff and the department; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
  2. Work with internal departments for service requirements and enquiries and give instructions accordingly to ensure that the job can be done in time and accurately.
  3. Understand customer's needs and identify opportunities for improving the product solution, increasing utilization, and optimizing channel usage.
  4. Responsible for achieving the standards of quality.
  5. Review service performance with internal departments and clients and generate ways to continuously improve service level standards.
  6. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  7. Provide all necessary billing information in a timely and accurate fashion to clients and ensure that payments are made on time.
  8. Hold all departmental staff (CSD) accountable for quality and production and initiate necessary encouragement/disciplinary actions.
  9. Facilitate improved working relationships with government agencies.
  10. Communicate company expectations and goals to all site staff and hold each site accountable for meeting those goals.
  11. Track and report productivity for weekly and monthly reporting.
  12. Communicate regularly with staff and management regarding problems and rectify them promptly.
  13. Schedule routine visits to client sites to ensure quality and maintenance.
  14. Maintain a high level of internal and external customer service for the department.
  15. Assist in new business start-up processes as needed.

  1. Capable of handling complaints and all relevant administrative issues.
  2. Must be very customer-focused, proactive, and service-oriented.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Can work late hours.
  6. Requires frequent traveling.
  7. Ability to develop the team on professional lines.
  8. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  9. Computer literate.
