Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record of handling inbound and outbound calls with ease.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing daily interactions with prospective and existing customers via phone, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience.
  • Providing accurate information about our services, including course details, timings, and enrollment procedures.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive record of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in an organized system.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align calling campaigns with online promotions, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including both inbound and outbound calling.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Customer service experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
