Lead Learning Solutions Manager

The Lead Learning Solutions Manager will be responsible for leading a team in the development of learning content for various programs.

About the Role

This role involves strategic planning, content curation, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with market insights and learner needs.

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with program goals.
  • Curate and enhance training courses and textbooks to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive content scorecard to assess quality and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires hands-on teaching experience, particularly in marginalized communities. Experience in designing and implementing quality frameworks for educational materials is also essential. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams to improve educational outcomes is required.

Education
