Job Title: Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage company documents according to established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, securing document storage, and ensuring timely distribution and retrieval of key documents across departments and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile Material Submittals (MAS)
  • Develop Project Qualification Documents (PQDs)
  • Coordinate tender documentation with internal departments
  • Create Project Cash Flows for awarded projects, working with the proposal team
  • Manage GP Entries and oversee Project Validation under the guidance of the proposal team
  • Access portals, download and upload clarifications, and make tender submissions
  • Provide ongoing documentation support to the proposal team
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and project documentation
  • Support project teams with document formatting, scanning, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and clients for timely document submission and approvals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Engineering, Construction, or Automation industries
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with EDMS systems is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, high accuracy in document handling, and strong time management and coordination abilities
