About the Job:
As a Senior Consultant - Service Management, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing their IT Service Management systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements, as well as developing and refining ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Implementing and maintaining ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.
- Conducting service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
- Developing and refining ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes.
- Providing training and awareness programs to clients on ITSM best practices.
- Assisting in the selection and implementation of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, Managed Engine, etc.).
