Sales and Business Development Lead

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for ESS will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying client needs and negotiating contracts to ensuring successful project delivery and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored energy storage solutions that meet client expectations and align with company goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on ESS technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the energy storage industry.
- Provide clients with detailed information about the technical aspects and benefits of ESS solutions, ensuring that products meet customer needs.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (typically 5+/10+ years) in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the renewable energy or energy storage sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
