Lead Financial Manager

The Head of Finance is responsible for creating forecasting models to anticipate future financial trends. Risk assessment in investments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements are also key responsibilities.

This role requires experience in developing financial strategies and managing accounting teams to maintain the company's financial health and increase profitability. Managing taxation affairs, liaising with external tax firms for specialist advice, and overseeing cash flow and treasury controls are additional responsibilities.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management position in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector is required.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analysis are essential.
  • Results-driven individuals with excellent time management and problem-solving skills are preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage staff at all levels, are necessary.
  • A strong sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability is expected.
  • Professional written and oral communication skills are required.
  • The ability to present results confidently to an audience is also necessary.
