Automation Strategist

This position involves managing and optimizing marketing automation systems to achieve measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems, specifically KEAP (Infusionsoft). They will also possess a strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and tag management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing email outreach campaigns, building and maintaining marketing funnels, and entering data into the CRM system. You will also generate regular reports to track performance and follow up on pending payments.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you will continuously improve marketing automation processes based on analytics and performance metrics.

• Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems; KEAP (Infusionsoft) experience is required.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and tag management.
• Proficiency in creating automated workflows and campaign sequences.
• Experience in generating performance reports and analyzing campaign metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with invoice tracking or basic payment follow-up procedures is a plus.
