Senior Sales Growth Executive

Maintain a strong understanding of our client's goals and objectives. Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and implement quarterly business strategies in consultation with your supervisor.
- Initiate the sales process through appointment scheduling, making initial presentations based on customer needs, and building long-term relationships.
- Regularly update visit plans to ensure alignment with your supervisor's input.
- Develop sales by presenting product enhancements, introducing new offerings, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships, resolving issues promptly, and achieving monthly targets.
- Generate new leads within designated areas while adhering to best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and reports.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring colleagues on effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- The ability to penetrate the insurance industry, securing additional sales while enhancing overall effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling regular contact with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- A proactive approach to seeking referrals from satisfied customers.
