Job Title: Quality Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Quality Management initiatives.

  • Assist in data entry and management of quality system documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the quality manager to create and maintain process templates, ensuring consistent formatting and design.
  • Generate records and forms required for quality documentation, audits, and certifications.
  • Help maintain an organized repository of quality documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval for the team.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
