Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the company's growth strategy in the facilities management and corporate services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property developers, and organizations requiring IFM services.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate and support the bidding/tendering process for large projects.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to prepare cost estimates and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and monthly business pipelines.
- Represent PFM at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in service industries).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel).
- Comfortable with client visits and field travel (if needed).
- Experience in facility management, outsourced services, or real estate sectors will be a strong plus.
