Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Sales Activities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
  3. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of colleagues and ensure they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
  4. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Sales Management Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and leading sales teams.
  • Training Skills: Experience in conducting training sessions, creating engaging content, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment: Self-motivated individual who can work independently but also collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales Industry: Preference given to candidates with experience in marketing or sales, particularly those with a background in related industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field: Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
