Job Description:
As a business development officer, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling IT training programs and certification courses to potential students and organizations. This role requires a strong understanding of our training courses, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Promote and sell IT training programs and certification courses to potential students and organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the organization.
- Provide detailed information on course structure, schedule, pricing, and benefits.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an educational or IT training environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex IT training topics to non-technical customers.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
