Senior Software Security Specialist

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of platform privilege access management, including associated principles, policies, processes, and tools.

  • Work closely with business partners to implement effective information technology processes that meet the partner's objectives.
  • Deliver IAM services according to Service Level and Performance Level agreements.
  • Support sub-functions in IAM such as change management, operations, access reviews, privileged access, tooling & support globally.
  • Follow detailed processes and procedures to identify and respond to threats and incidents, escalating when necessary.
  • Perform activities to ensure end-to-end assurance around security processes and controls.
  • Manage stakeholders and solve problems effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts to support their development.
  • Lead collaboration efforts across departments to ensure IAM solutions align with controls.
  • Take ownership of complex IAM projects from planning to execution ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate complex IAM concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of IAM principles including identity lifecycle management and segregation of duties.
  • Have extensive experience with leading IAM tools and technologies.
