Multilingual CSR

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

This is an on-site position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, as well as strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to be proficient in CRM tools and be able to maintain accurate records.

• Provide customer support in Spanish and English
• Resolve customer issues related to Trips
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
