We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team in Islamabad. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries via phone, email or chat while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong language proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer support, resolving issues related to trips, maintaining accurate records, and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide customer support in Spanish and English, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Trip-Related Issues: Resolve customer issues related to trips, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet customer needs.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are properly documented.
  4. Performance Targets: Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level) + English (B2+), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service (preferred), but freshers with strong language skills may apply.
  • CRT Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus, but not required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
