We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Simcoe IT. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate agencies in an assigned region, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of real estate agencies in an assigned region, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular field visits to demonstrate products and services, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and expand existing relationships, ensuring maximum client engagement and services utilization.
• Efficiently manage tasks and track key performance indicators (KPIs) within the CRM tool for the assigned portfolio.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in field visits and sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
