Production Strategist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing monthly plans from a key supplier, evaluating capacity, and providing production and delivery plans to our production units. The selected individual must have excellent communication skills, being able to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. To ensure timely execution of customer orders, this professional should possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement monthly production plans in collaboration with our supply chain team
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material procurement and logistics management
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure timely deliveries and manage potential issues
  • Monitor and analyze daily production activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and progress to senior management

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
