Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security expert to provide high-level security services for events and officials.

  • Event Security Operations

The ideal candidate will design and implement effective security protocols, ensuring the safety of attendees and dignitaries at high-profile events.

They will also be responsible for secure movement and accommodation of high-profile guests, including ambassadors and foreign dignitaries.

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation

The security specialist will identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities for events and officials, developing mitigation strategies and implementing preventive measures.

  • Liaison and Coordination

They will collaborate with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies, supervising coordination with intelligence agencies for information gathering and threat analysis.

The ideal candidate will formulate emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and crisis management strategies.

Conducting mock drills and tabletop exercises for event-specific scenarios will also be an essential responsibility.

  • Monitoring and Reporting

Real-time security conditions during events will be closely monitored by the security specialist, providing regular security briefings and reports to leadership.

  • Post Event Security Evaluation

A thorough post-event security evaluation analysis will be conducted to identify loopholes and improve future security measures.

Educational Background/Experience

Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in Security Operations, including VIP protection and event security.

Proven track record of handling high-profile events involving diplomats and dignitaries is required.

In-depth knowledge of security protocols, threat assessment, and crisis management is essential.

Strong liaison and communication skills with law enforcement agencies are necessary.

Ability to work under pressure and manage large security teams is crucial.

Certification in Security Management (e.g., CPP, PSP) is an added advantage.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Operations.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven track record of handling high-profile events.

Excellent knowledge of security protocols and threat assessment.

Strong communication and liaison skills.
