The role of IT Service Delivery Administrator plays a pivotal part in the efficient delivery of IT services, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of user requests.

As an IT Service Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between IT teams and end-users. This includes managing service delivery teams across geographies to meet service request objectives, collaborating with relevant IT teams, and escalating and resolving complex network issues.

You will also be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery, ensuring the accurate maintenance of records of IT incidents, service requests, and resolutions using Service Now, and updating and organizing documentation related to IT service delivery processes.

This is a detail-oriented and proactive role that requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using IT service management tools. Familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Administrator who can contribute to the overall effectiveness of IT service delivery processes and help us achieve our goals.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of user requests.

  • Manage service delivery teams across geographies to meet service request objectives.

  • Collaborate with relevant IT teams to ensure service request objectives are met.

  • Escalate and resolve complex network issues to ensure 100% uptime.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, service requests, and resolutions using Service Now.

  • Update and organize documentation related to IT service delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery administration or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using IT service management tools.

  • Familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus.
