SEO Professional Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO professional to implement and execute effective SEO plans. This individual will be responsible for driving results through optimization strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies. They will work closely with internal teams to create optimized content and user experiences that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and social media plans
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations to improve website structure and content
  • Develop and execute content development strategies in coordination with SEO goals
  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for diagnostic reporting
  • Research and administer social media tools to support clients' social media strategy
  • Communicate project development, timelines, and results to team and management
Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A proven track record of increasing website organic traffic and generating traffic from social media
  • Deep knowledge of content marketing principles and practices
  • Ability to generate short and useful content for social media posts and blog articles
  • Experience with social bookmarking and online community engagement
  • Sound knowledge of on-page & off-page SEO techniques
  • Familiarity with PPC, Google Analytics, and webmaster tools
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects along with in-house projects
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
  • Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
