Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager- Performance to join our growth-marketing team. You will champion marketing excellence with an organic & paid media focus. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
  • Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO/ASO best practices to improve organic search rankings for website and play/app stores.
  • Driving innovation in campaign execution and evolving measurement methodologies to elevate brand strategy and impact.
  • Planning, implementing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing metrics, and adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Utilising analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive organic & brand driven Digital Strategy experience.
  • Google Marketing Platform (SA 360 / DV 360 / GA 360 / Campaign Manager) expertise.
  • Understanding of looker studio or any other dashboarding tools.
  • Previous experience with optimising paid digital campaigns.
  • Experience with automation of tasks.
  • Devising and developing strategies, proposals & pitching to the business.
