Job Description
  • We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our national, regional and local social media campaigns and activations across owned and earned social channels, paid media opportunities and digital screens.
  • This role will drive social strategies into product development, ensuring successful launches of new websites for customers, affiliates and partners.
  • You will lead marketing research and optimization initiatives to improve traffic, customer acquisition and retention through A/B testing, landing page tests etc.
  • A continuous revitalized web presence is required for our products.
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will create, develop and manage all digital marketing initiatives including press, social media, email marketing, promotions, banners and on-site copywriting during site development and its lifecycle.
  • Analyze project and website sales and performance to derive actionable insights to improve revenue, conversion rates and customer value.
  • As an in-house SEO expert, this role will develop, maintain and apply on-site SEO strategy and project, measure SEO performances through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Manage Google Analytics tools and tracking initiatives.

  • Prior experience in social media marketing at an interactive agency or leading retailer/consumer brand.
  • Track record of delivering effective and innovative social media campaigns and activations.
  • Influencer strategy implementation with leveraging influencers in social media campaigns.
  • Driving product development cycles to incorporate social strategies and principles.
  • Proven knowledge of social media platforms and their usage.
  • Solid understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and under constant deadline pressure.
