User Acquisition Manager Role

The User Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our user base across all games. This position demands a strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, display networks, and mobile advertising networks like Google and Meta.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Allocation and ROI Maximization: Allocate and manage acquisition budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with broader company goals.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare detailed reports on user acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Explore and test new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies to drive growth and engagement.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for better campaign performance.
