Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior systems professional to lead the analysis and development of systems, providing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate must be able to deliver high-quality documentation, manage complex projects, and demonstrate a deep understanding of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare and oversee the development of critical system analysis and business requirement documents.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of system updates and modifications.
  • Conduct and manage system testing post-modifications to ensure quality assurance.
  • Generate and present regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and mentoring to junior team members and other departments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a senior role with a track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality system analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • IT Business Analyst: Strong ability to analyze complex business needs and develop system requirements.
  • Product Owner: Comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle and effective management of product requirements.
  • Technical Document Writer: Expertise in writing high-quality technical documentation.
  • Diagramming (UML): Advanced proficiency in creating visual diagrams such as flowcharts, case diagrams, and data flow models.
  • Experience in writing User Stories and defining use case scenarios.
