Job Title: Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing business strategies to drive sales growth, expanding store traffic, and optimizing profitability.

  1. Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase customer base and drive sales revenue.
  2. Mentor and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Evaluate and improve store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by conducting regular audits and training sessions.
  5. Oversee visual merchandising and store maintenance to maintain a high level of store appearance and attract customers.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Work closely with the HR Department to develop and implement employee training programs and performance evaluations.
  8. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
