Salesforce Quality Assurance Developer Role Overview

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications and integrations through effective testing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for Salesforce CRM and related applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce features, customizations, and integrations.
  • Validate data integrity, workflows, process automations, and user interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and Salesforce admins to refine requirements and testing scope.
  • Maintain testing documentation and reports.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce testing, QA, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Salesforce Sandbox, Selenium, or other automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, or Testing certifications).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
