We are looking for a highly experienced senior sales professional to join our team and drive business growth. As an executive sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets.

- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to increase market share and revenue.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Selection: Collaborate with customers to select the most suitable products or services, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
- Business Development: Partner with marketing and business development teams to acquire new customers and drive aggressive growth.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market competition, negotiating prices or terms to maintain a competitive edge and ensure long-term success.
- CRM Management: Own company CRM, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately recorded and maintained within the system.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers through various channels, including business directories, lead referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, with a proven ability to drive aggressive growth.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working with international customers (US/Europe).
- Able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
