We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to support a property management company.
This is a remote, full-time position for candidates with experience in administrative tasks related to rent collection, receivables, tenant communication, and support operations.
About the Role:
Our team seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a Canadian real estate company from Pakistan.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity for candidates experienced in admin tasks such as rent collection, receivables, tenant communication, and support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors via email and phone
- Assist with rent collection and follow-ups
- Manage spreadsheets and documents efficiently
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
- Utilize tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Asana
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with U.S. or Canadian property management or real estate firms
- Experience handling rent collection, receivables, and tenant communication
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Confidence in making and receiving phone calls professionally
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets & Docs, Gmail / Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, and Asana
Availability to work full-time during EST hours (Pakistan Time: ~6 PM – 2 AM)
Prior remote experience with international clients is highly desirable
