We are looking for a skilled and experienced MS Office Instructor to lead our training sessions. As an expert in MS Office applications, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students of various backgrounds and skill levels.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive MS Office training programs tailored to individual and corporate clients.
  • Create engaging course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate and refine existing training programs to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
  • Provide one-on-one or group training sessions as needed, offering personalized support and feedback to participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MS Office Instructor or in a similar role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
