About the Role

This National Sales Administration Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at PepsiCo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Strategy & Operations in leading execution of cross-department business solutions projects.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Administration and Planning Consolidation: Act as a consolidator of National Sales Administration, operations & Planning activities to support the Head of Strategy & Operations in leading execution of cross-department business solutions projects.
  2. KPI Sheet and Quarterly Recon. Statements Validation: Compile and validate S&D KPI Sheet and Quarterly Recon. Statements for HoS / SPM to review.
  3. Promotion Strategy Support: Providing support in consumer promotion strategy to SPM/SOM to enhance sales volume.
  4. Competition Block Strategy Support: Providing support to HOS / SOM and sales lead in competition block strategy.
  5. Promotion Analysis Production: Produce analysis flasher on promotion activities on daily/weekly basis.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Train Frontline Team: Train the Front line team to enhance their Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
  2. Sales Admin Process Training: Train sales admin resources to follow the process and controls.
  3. Cross-Functional Department Coordination: Train sales admin resources on how to coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  4. Project Management: Lead one or more large/medium projects, developing and maintaining human and material resource plans and monitoring the deployment of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively whilst developing skills and experience.
  5. Team Performance Monitoring: Keep monitoring and controlling team performance against plans.
  6. Training and Development: Undertake/propose any necessary training associated with the duties of the post and participate in training and development procedures. Recommend the same for the team.
