
Business Solution Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Global Services team and play a key role in designing and implementing industry-leading Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions for global FMCG/CPG companies.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep technical expertise and broad field experience to lead solution architecture efforts across complex engagements.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery
- Design and document high-quality, end-to-end solutions that are fit for purpose, scalable, and secure
- Implement integration solutions with enterprise systems, leveraging Azure services and APIs
- Ensure solution performance, scalability, and security through continuous monitoring and optimization
- Lead technical teams across multiple projects, delegating tasks effectively to maximize team output and efficiency
- Support technical planning, ensuring timely delivery of work stream milestones
- Analyze and challenge business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Provide technical governance and assurance across the delivery lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate solution design risks and operational delivery risks
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead deep dives where needed to resolve blockers or capitalize on opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as a senior technical resource in large, complex software implementation projects
- Proven experience in the CPG or Retail sector is mandatory
- Strong competencies across Application, Integration, Data, Technology, and Security Architecture
- Solid understanding of SaaS, Cloud PaaS services, and integration technologies, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and high-volume transactional applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, Azure SQL, and key Azure PaaS components (e.g., AKS, Blob Store, Entra, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Key Vault)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (experience with Azure DevOps is a plus)
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- TOGAF certification is a plus, or demonstrated hands-on experience applying TOGAF principles in enterprise architecture, particularly in solution delivery and lifecycle governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead teams independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
