Compensation Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our compensation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equity of salary and benefits within grades, supervising payroll processes, and accrued liabilities.

About the Role

This role requires a Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources Management with 3-5 years' experience leading compensation processes & practices. Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired. Excellent skills in computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and HR-ERP/SAP are also required.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing compensation programs to ensure equity of salary and benefits within grades.
  • Supervising payroll processes and accrued liabilities.
  • Evaluating and determining participation in relevant job market surveys.
  • Coordinating special projects related to grading structures, policies, compliance, and others.
  • Monitoring insurance coverage and premium.
  • Dealing with insurance companies regarding insurance policy renewals and claims.
  • Preparing and settling insurance claims.
  • Arranging final settlements and recovery proceedings.
  • Supervising all related transactional activities in ERP systems.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources Management.
  • 3-5 years' experience leading compensation processes & practices.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired.
