**Marketing and Client Manager Role**

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our team and drive successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver results in the digital marketing space.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of outbound marketing techniques, including text marketing, ringless messaging, and email marketing, with a focus on the USA market.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring our services align with their needs.
  • Regularly communicate with clients regarding campaign performance, data requirements, and any other related matters.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, utilizing a mix of marketing techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals in the implementation of campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI for clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
