Job Title: Construction Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diligent project delivery ensuring timely completion of construction projects in accordance with approved schedules.
  • Skillful planning and execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and health and safety protocols.
  • Careful management of contractors, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Adept problem-solving skills to overcome hurdles, risks, and obstacles hindering project progress.
  • Effective communication with contractors to clarify RFI's, process of work, and achieve key milestones, including full compliance with monthly billing requirements.
  • Timely procurement, acquisition, and delivery of materials from the employer, along with efficient site management.
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship, adequate manpower, and optimal utilization of materials within permissible limits.
  • Maintaining regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and facilitating coordination between head office and site operations.
