Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Multan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Other day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, mentoring and training sales staff, and collaborating with the product development and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, developing sales strategies, and setting sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the industry and familiarity with the market in Multan is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience of 6-8 years in real-estate market trends and sales strategic.
