Senior Solutions Architect

We're looking for a technical expert who can serve as a strategic partner for customers, helping them design and implement seamless integrations using AI-powered technology.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers can effectively leverage the platform to build high-performance, scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable solutions: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and design architectures that meet those requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Develop proof of concepts: Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations, showcasing capabilities and assisting customers in implementation.
  • Optimize for scalability and performance: Design solutions that handle millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.
  • Drive API and automation excellence: Assist customers in leveraging APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features.
  • Ensure security and compliance: Implement best practices for API security, authentication, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Educate and enable customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using the integration platform effectively.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration.
  • Strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of API authentication, security best practices, and compliance.

Experience designing solutions that handle high-scale, low-latency transactions and familiarity with iPaaS platforms and automation workflows are also required. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
