Strategic Leader Position

PEB invites experienced professionals to assume a strategic leadership role, overseeing organizational growth and ensuring mission alignment.

A faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality education in Pakistan, with a focus on underserved communities.

Position Overview:

The Strategic Leader will engage in collaborative planning, understand operational frameworks, priorities, and partnerships of PEB, and prepare for executive leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Board and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Understand key operational, financial, academic, and donor-related functions.
  • Develop relationships with internal staff, school heads, church partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Gradually assume increasing responsibilities for a smooth leadership handover.
Leadership & Oversight (Post-transition)
  • Provide executive leadership to PEB's educational institutions, programs, and initiatives.
  • Guide strategic decision-making, policy development, and program implementation.
  • Represent PEB in national and international forums and partnerships.
  • Engage with local and international donors, church bodies, and grant agencies.
  • Ensure transparency and sustainability of financial practices.

  • Promote high standards in academic performance and teacher development.
  • Reflect Christian values in the ethos and practices of PEB schools.
  • Support inclusion, diversity, and equitable education across all programs.
