Urdu Language Program Coordinator

The job role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of language programs for Urdu. This position includes curriculum development, teacher support, student progress tracking, and promoting the Urdu language in academic or cultural settings.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee the Urdu language curriculum with a focus on pronunciation across relevant grade levels or programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Support, supervise, and provide professional development for Urdu teachers by organizing training sessions, workshops, and collaborative planning.
- Monitor student performance and conduct regular assessments to use data in improving instruction and ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Coordinate events such as language competitions, literary festivals, and other enrichment activities.
- Recommend and manage teaching resources (books, multimedia, digital tools) to enhance learning experiences.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on program outcomes, student achievements, and instructional improvements.
- Proven experience in teaching Urdu, curriculum development, or academic coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Urdu.
- Knowledge of phonics is required.
- Event planning and coordination experience is essential.
- A passion for Urdu literature, poetry, and culture is necessary.
