Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role requires a creative thinker with strong writing, design, and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
2. Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media posts, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
3. Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop) and video editing software.
5. Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
6. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
7. Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
8. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
