Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing specialist to join our team. As a sales and marketing specialist, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, promoting and selling digital solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bid Writing: Develop compelling proposals that showcase the value of our services to potential clients.
  2. Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify high-potential leads in the web and app development niches and pursue them proactively.
  4. Negotiation: Handle negotiations on project scope, timelines, and pricing to close deals and drive business growth.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet and surpass sales goals and targets each month through strategic planning and execution.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust bidding strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure project proposals are aligned with team capabilities and deliverables.
  8. Reporting: Track performance, conversion rates, and success metrics to optimize bidding strategies and improve results.
  9. Communication: Attend online meetings with clients as required and maintain open communication channels to build trust and rapport.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  2. A proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue through online bidding platforms.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different clients and situations.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  5. Experienced in selling website design, website development, mobile app development, WordPress, graphic designs, and animations, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client communication, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
  • Expertise in proposal writing and creating client-centric bids, with a focus on showcasing the value of our services.
  • Knowledge of current market trends in the IT industry, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
