You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate technical information and guidance in the design, improvement, and proposal of systems. Your main focus will be on developing forward-thinking design solutions, preparing comprehensive technical proposals, and contributing to the growth of the company through strategic planning.

  1. Providing expert pre-sales support to drive business targets.
  2. Collaborating with international teams to create customer-centric solutions that meet industry standards.
  3. Supporting the sales team by developing integrated systems and tools that drive sales growth.
  4. Evaluating RFQs to ensure technical and commercial compliance.
  5. Proposing turnkey solutions in electrical and process automation that exceed client expectations.
  6. Maintaining adherence to business policies and legal standards.
  7. Managing international bids and proposals to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  8. Strategizing during pre-sales to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.
  9. Working closely with OEMs to track Capex programs and meet user specifications.
  10. Leading the development of Capex/Sales plans for automation solutions that drive revenue growth.
  11. Training team members on new technologies and market innovations.
  12. Analyzing key accounts and developing strategies to increase market share and expand customer base.
  13. Diagnosing customer problems and delivering seamless solutions that meet their needs.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in control systems, DCS, and SCADA.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and 3D modeling is an asset.
  • Good understanding of oil and gas industry standards and P&ID.
