EarnFlex seeks a driven Customer Success & Sales Executive to join our Islamabad team. You'll support the growth of Arez.io, our B2B SaaS platform used by security, facilities management, and construction companies in the UK and beyond.
This is a key role that blends customer relationship management with B2B sales and onboarding. You'll work closely with our UK-based teams and clients to ensure the successful adoption of our platform, ongoing support, and long-term commercial growth.
You'll be based in our Islamabad office, which offers flexible working hours and style.
What You'll Be Doing- Manage client relationships from onboarding through long-term account management.
- Support B2B customers with implementation, ensuring they adopt and gain value from Arez.io quickly and effectively.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and product guidance to improve platform usage.
- Identify upsell opportunities within your accounts and assist in closing new sales with inbound leads.
- Work closely with our UK team to feed back client insights and influence product development.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Create and improve support resources, including FAQs, training guides, and demo sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a SaaS or tech-based business in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Presales, or B2B Sales).
- Excellent spoken and written English, confident in managing client calls with UK-based businesses.
- Tech-savvy, with a solid grasp of software products, digital workflows, and customer onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- A proactive, self-organizing mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
