Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Team Lead to drive our marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to motivate and guide a team of digital marketing specialists, providing strategic guidance and performance feedback.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing strategic guidance and performance feedback.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Website Optimization: Optimize website and landing pages for improved conversion rates and user experience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B and SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for content creation.
  • Google Ads and HubSpot certifications.
