Job Role

A highly skilled Senior Engineer is required to manage and oversee the terminal operations at the gas company.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create annual business plans in collaboration with stakeholders, taking into account downstream demand and upstream supplies of QG.
  • Develop revisions to the regasification plan of EETPL terminal as needed for efficient operations.
  • Review LNG quality and quantity discharge reports from independent surveyors and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Check monthly billing review reports issued by independent consultants.
  • Compile, monitor, and maintain data on LNG delivered, re-gasified volumes, and daily retainage at the terminal.
  • Maintain records and generate reports as necessary.
  • Determine and propose solutions for inventory management in case of deviations to scheduled RLNG off-take or terminal shutdowns.
  • Communicate effectively with terminal operators for smooth terminal operations.
  • Monitor FSRU inventory levels daily to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Work closely with terminal operators to deal with outages and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on regasification operations.
  • Maintain close coordination with Gas Control for seamless RLNG supply chain operations.
  • Calculate estimated laytime for upcoming vessels to avoid liabilities.
  • Review 90-day schedules shared by LNG suppliers from an operational perspective and create operational plans.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisors.
