Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the interior design process from concept to completion. Your expertise in space planning, furniture selection, and color schemes will be instrumental in creating visually stunning and functional spaces.

You will lead a team of designers and coordinators, guiding them through each stage of the project. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external design teams, vendors, and suppliers. Your knowledge of industry standards and compliance procedures will ensure that all projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake responsibilities with independence and initiative.
  • Legally able to work in the country where the position is based.
  • Industry-recognized diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
  • Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present them for discussion.
  • Able to integrate design requirements with architecture.
  • Able to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
