Job Title: Technology Program Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge software, hardware technologies and operating systems. You will be responsible for leading the planning, development and delivery of software that spans across multiple technology areas and product segments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for program management support and leadership for managing interdependencies, staffing constraints and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams and customer connections.

  • Collaborate with other impacting technology areas such as platform software, modem, connectivity & multimedia.
  • Drive requirements scoping, analysis and planning including staffing constraints and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams.
  • Establish clear commitment and drive prioritization.
  • Strong technical understanding of SW deliverables and risk management/risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Wireless/Semiconductors with at least 15-18 years of experience in a combination of Software product development and program management in semiconductor/wireless industry.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Business Administration preferred.
  • 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
