Digital Marketing Lead

An effective Digital Marketing Lead must efficiently handle a team of digital analysts and possess knowledge about all digital marketing techniques. The candidate should have exceptional attention to detail and good technical and analytical skills. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills.

As the lead, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and delivering projects on time while ensuring quality standards.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the team to drive business goals, making decisions about the day-to-day operations of team members, including management of work assignments, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and performing quality review checks on outgoing work by the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
