Role Description:

We are looking for a talented SEO Content Strategist/Team Lead to join our dynamic content marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve our search engine rankings. You will work closely with Content Manager, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our content aligns with SEO best practices and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, Review and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style consistency.

Edit content for clarity, coherence, and readability.

Assist with other editorial tasks as needed.

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Conduct keyword research to guide content creation.

Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Identify and implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Coordinate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are

properly implemented on newly developed code.

Verify facts, dates, and statistics to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as an SEO Content Strategist or similar role.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
